// PREPARED BY RYAN AND RIPAL — R&R Growth
Skinovatio
Preliminary Proposal & Website Audit — August 2026
You built a med spa brand that runs from Chicago to Houston. Two locations already have real sites. The rest of the internet sees one thin hub and four splinter sites built in isolation. This is how we fix that as you grow.

// WHAT'S IN THIS PROPOSAL
Two focus areas. One agency.
01
Website Rebuild.
A parent site that sells the brand and a co-branded local site for every location — one design system, one booking path, one roof. You see it live on a staging URL before you pay anything.
02
Ongoing Digital Growth.
Six growth modules per market: local SEO, Google Business Profiles, reviews, content, PR, and care. The category allows paid social — we treat it as fuel, not the engine, and only after the storefronts are worth the click. Paid social runs in Arlington Heights first — the five campaign concepts in the growth deep dive are what that looks like in practice.
// WHAT WE FOUND
Your brand grew. Your website didn't.
Skinovatio is a real brand: eleven years in, six operating locations across Illinois, Texas, and Ohio, a founder-led multi-location business with franchised locations, and reviews that name your practitioners with genuine affection. Arlington Heights and Lincoln Park already run real, multi-page sites with booking, staff, and reviews. But skinovatio.com links to none of it, and four more sites float outside it on their own domains, designs, and booking systems. In your oldest neighborhood, page one of Google doesn't know you exist. The brand is winning rooms and losing search results. That is fixable — and much of the raw material already exists.

// SITE AUDIT
Twelve findings, ranked by revenue impact.
// ARCHITECTURE
Architecture
F1
CRITICALFour location sites are building their own internet.
What we found
Four Skinovatio sites exist outside skinovatio.com, none linked from it: skinovatio-srm.com (Ravenswood Manor — its own design, Vagaro booking, calls itself "the newest location in the Skinovatio family" and never links to the hub), skinovatioohio.com (Parma — its own design, Pabau booking, plus services the brand menu doesn't carry, like hormone replacement and teeth whitening), skinovatiomi.com (Canton), and skinovatiogcb.com (Gold Coast & Barrington). Four sites, four looks, three booking systems, zero coordination.
Why it costs you leads
Consistency is what makes a multi-location brand read as one brand. Every improvised site dilutes it, splits your search authority, and sets the example for the next location that goes it alone.
The fix
Phase One: one design system and one co-branded site, proven at the locations under direct control — then made available to any other location that wants in. The offer is a better site than they could build alone.
F2
WARNINGParma competes with itself on Google.
What we found
Search "med spa Parma Ohio botox" and page one returns both skinovatio.com/location/parma-ohio/ and skinovatioohio.com — two Skinovatio sites splitting clicks and authority for the same address on Rockside Rd.
Why it costs you leads
In the one market where you rank well, your strongest competitor is you. Half your clicks land on a page the other half contradicts — different design, different booking, different service menu.
The fix
One canonical Parma site inside the family; the other becomes a redirect.
F3
WARNINGTwo location sites are live. Two domains are empty. None of them connect.
What we found
skinovatioarlingtonheights.com and lincolnparkskinovatio.com are both real, multi-page sites with working booking, staff pages, and reviews. skinovatiohouston.com and skinovatiosouthloop.com serve metadata and nothing else. None of the four are linked from skinovatio.com, and none of them link to each other.
Why it costs you leads
The two good sites are doing their own local SEO in isolation while the parent hub sends nothing to them and inherits nothing from them. The two empty domains are registered assets producing zero.
The fix
Connect what already works. The Arlington Heights and Lincoln Park sites become the model, the parent hub routes to them, and the empty domains either get built or get pointed at the locations they represent.
F4
CRITICALA brand-named domain throws a browser security warning.
What we found
skinovatiomi.com serves an SSL certificate that is not valid for its own hostname (verified Aug 6, 2026). Visitors get the full-screen "your connection is not private" warning — on a domain carrying your name.
Why it costs you leads
You sell medical services. A security interstitial is where trust ends and the back button begins.
The fix
Fix or retire the certificate now; fold the Michigan presence into the site family properly.
// CONTENT
Content
F5
WARNINGSix locations, one page, copied six times.
What we found
Your Houston and South Loop pages carry the same boilerplate service menu, the same "world-class beauty and wellness destination" copy, no staff, no local reviews, no neighborhood content. Only the address block changes. Meanwhile SpaDerma's Lincoln Park page lists 30+ providers with bios and credentials, plus parking directions. This is not limited to the corporate pages. Charles Samuel's biography appears word-for-word on both the Arlington Heights and Lincoln Park staff pages, and both About pages run the same templated paragraph with only the city name changed.
Why it costs you leads
Google reads six near-identical pages as one page. Patients read them as nobody's home.
The fix
Tier 2 co-branded sites with real local content: the team, the reviews, the neighborhood, the offer.
F6
WARNINGThe credentials exist. The parent site shows none of them.
What we found
Both location sites carry full staff pages — Charles Samuel FNP-C, a licensed medical esthetician at each location, and Dr. Micah Craig as Medical Director with a license verification document available. skinovatio.com surfaces none of it. A family arriving at the parent hub sees no providers, no credentials, and no medical director.
Why it costs you leads
In medical aesthetics, the provider is the product. The proof is already written and photographed — it just does not appear at the place most people land first.
The fix
Pull the provider and medical-director credentials up to the parent hub, and keep them in sync with each location page so they never drift apart.
F7
OPPORTUNITYAn eleven-year brand story nobody can find.
What we found
Founded 2015. Franchised locations since 2018 — among the earliest med spa franchise arrangements in Illinois. Founder and CEO Aleksandra Waibel has nearly 20 years in aesthetics. The press footprint for all of it: roughly one local article (The Leader, Houston, May 2025). No PR hub, almost no referring domains.
Why it costs you leads
Earned media is how both audiences — patients and prospective location partners — decide you're real. Right now the story lives on one about page.
The fix
Phase Two: a PR hub on the parent site and a steady earned-media push behind the founder story and each opening.
// SEO
SEO
F8
CRITICALYour oldest neighborhood doesn't know you're there.
What we found
Search "med spa Lincoln Park Chicago": page one belongs to Elite Chicago Spa, SpaDerma, Better Med Spa, and the MedSpa Stars directory. Skinovatio — at 2632 N Lincoln Ave, with 122 Yelp reviews and a 4.5-star rating as displayed on the location's own site — is absent on every surface.
Why it costs you leads
That is the highest-intent query in your flagship market, and every click goes to a competitor with a page built to win it.
The fix
Build the Lincoln Park site at lincolnparkskinovatio.com out around that query set and connect it to the parent hub.
F9
WARNINGThird parties collect the leads your reputation earns.
What we found
In Arlington Heights, page one for "med spa Arlington Heights IL botox" is Yelp and Pinch directories plus competitors' own local pages (Re-Medispa, Lumiere Medspa, Wild Moon Collective's dedicated Arlington Heights page). Skinovatio appears only through its Yelp listing. In Ravenswood, your presence is scattered across Fresha, Groupon, Yelp, and Vagaro pages instead of your own.
Why it costs you leads
You pay to earn the reputation. Directories rank with it, run ads next to it, and sell the click.
The fix
Local pages built to win those queries, with your reviews surfaced on your own pages.
F10
WARNINGThe site claims 500 five-star reviews. The location pages say 4.3.
What we found
Your testimonials page says "Over 500+ Happy Clients Rated Us 5 Stars" with Google branding — above three static testimonials, no live feed, and no links to any profile. The checkable number: Arlington Heights holds a 4.3-star rating across 101 reviews, as displayed on the location's own site, and Lincoln Park shows 4.5 stars on its own site.
Why it costs you leads
A superlative nobody can verify, one click from a 4.3 anybody can, reads as marketing. It makes your real reviews — which are good — look inflated too.
The fix
Live per-location review feeds. Claim exactly what a click can confirm.
// UX
UX
F11
CRITICALYour lead form routes patients to closed locations.
What we found
The contact form's location dropdown lists ten options, including Barrington and Gold Coast — both marked CLOSED on Yelp — and Burr Ridge and Canton, MI, which don't appear on your locations page at all. The contact page itself shows no phone number and no email address.
Why it costs you leads
A lead sent to a closed location dies silently. The patient doesn't retry — she books the next spa on the list.
The fix
One routed lead flow, wired to live locations only, with a phone number a human answers.
F12
WARNINGFive booking systems. Five paths. None of them yours.
What we found
Boulevard, Vagaro, and Pabau appear across the brand's various surfaces. Both Arlington Heights and Lincoln Park book through a fifth platform entirely — Pagoda, at book.getpagoda.com, each with its own separate salon ID. No single system holds the patient record across locations.
Why it costs you leads
Five systems means five sets of patient data, five reporting surfaces, and no way to see whether a Lincoln Park patient ever visited Arlington Heights. Attribution across the brand is impossible.
The fix
Standardize on one platform, starting with the two locations in Phase One, so lead source, booking, and follow-up live in one place.
// THE TRAP AND THE PATTERN THAT WINS
Two ways to run a med spa brand online.
The Trap: the thin hub and the DIY splinter.
THIS IS SKINOVATIO TODAYOne corporate site with every location folded inside as a near-identical page — and no shared system underneath it, so each location improvises. That is how a brand ends up with skinovatio.com/location/parma-ohio/ and skinovatioohio.com fighting each other on page one, a Ravenswood site that never links home, five different booking systems, and a Michigan domain throwing security warnings. The hub stays thin. The splinters go off-brand. Google splits the credit and hands the market to whoever built something deeper.
- →skinovatio.com/location/houston-tx/ and /location/south-loop/ — same page, different address block
- →skinovatio-srm.com, skinovatioohio.com, skinovatiomi.com, skinovatiogcb.com — four looks, zero links to the hub
- →Result: absent from page one in Lincoln Park, your oldest market
The Pattern That Wins: deep local presence under one system.
THIS IS THE MOVEThe operators beating you on page one all did the same thing: they built a real local page or site for every market, under one brand system, and loaded it with the things patients check — people, reviews, neighborhood, booking.
- →SpaDerma — five Chicago locations, a dedicated page per location with 30+ provider bios (MD, PA-C, NP, RN) and parking directions. Holds page one for "med spa Lincoln Park Chicago."
- →Elite Chicago Spa — a hyperlocal Lincoln Park page with transit notes, an FAQ, and "over 100 positive reviews." Page one, same query.
- →Refine by Tulsi — physician-led, "5 Star 350+ Reviews" on the site, and a dedicated South Loop landing page that ranks in South Loop without even having a South Loop address.
// THE RECOMMENDATION
Nobody googles "med spa franchise." Patients google a treatment and a neighborhood — botox Lincoln Park, med spa Arlington Heights. Every market is a separate local fight, and you enter each one with a co-branded local site on its own domain — one design system, one booking path, one roof. Locations stop improvising, because the brand finally offers them something better than what they can build alone.

Two markets now. The pattern travels to the rest.

// WHAT THIS MEANS FOR SKINOVATIO
Skinovatio does not shrink. Skinovatio becomes the roof.
The hub sells the brand. The local sites win the patients. And every new location can open with a proven site on day one — which makes the next one easier to bring on, too.
// PHASE ONE
We build it first. You approve it live.
// SCOPE
Phase One is Arlington Heights, with Lincoln Park as an option.
These are the two locations under direct control today. The remaining four are positioned as later phases — contingent on the brand's progress toward Franchisor status and on individual franchisee buy-in, which is a separate conversation from this proposal.
Fixed scope, working session to set the wave-one markets, then we ship. You see every site live on a staging URL before you owe a dollar.
Tier 1 — The parent site (skinovatio.com), rebuilt.

- →The founder story told properly — Aleksandra Waibel, building this since 2015, with franchised locations since 2018
- →Live per-location ratings row — real numbers, linked to real profiles
- →Provider credibility: teams, credentials, medical oversight
- →A press hub ready for the earned-media push
- →One routed lead flow — live locations only, with analytics on every submission
Tier 2 — One co-branded site per location.

// PHASE TWO
Six growth modules.
01
Local SEO, per market.
Six separate fights: Lincoln Park, South Loop, Ravenswood, Arlington Heights, Houston Heights, Parma. Rankings tracked and reported per location.
02
Google Business Profile management.
Six profiles kept accurate, posted, photographed, and wired to the right site — no more leads routed to closed rooms.
03
Review generation & live syndication.
Turn a 4.3 into a durable 4.6+, per location, and put the proof on your pages instead of Yelp's.
04
Treatment content and paid social
The same team writes the education and builds the ads. Treatment explainers, provider spotlights, and results content on the site — and the sponsored campaigns that put them in front of the right patients. Creative, audience testing, and daily budget management, reported on cost per new patient rather than impressions.

Five campaign concepts, the budget discipline behind them, and the 90-day plan — built out as its own proposal.
// INVESTMENT
We build the numbers with you, not for you.
This is a preliminary proposal, so there are no prices in it — on purpose. The shape of the engagement depends on decisions only you can make: how many location sites ship in wave one and in which markets; who controls the four outside location domains and the Pagoda, Vagaro, Boulevard, and Pabau booking accounts; and which additional locations opt into the same system. We bring the full breakdown to a working session and build it with you in the room.

// HOW WE RUN YOUR GROWTH
How we run your growth.
You get a team, not a ticket queue.
Everything above lives in one shared board that you can see at any time. Work is planned weekly, moved in the open, and reviewed together. You always know what we are doing, what is next, and what we need from you.

The board you and your team can open any day of the week.
// BEFORE WE START
Three things you should know before we start.
01
A kickoff, not a handoff.
We schedule a 30-minute kickoff with Ryan and Ripal, get access to your systems, and start working inside your business the same week. No procurement theatre, no scoping ping-pong.
02
Embedded, not outsourced.
You get a dedicated U.S.-based account manager plus direct access to the founders — Slack, phone, whatever you already use. Nothing offshored, no ticket queue, no anonymous inbox. We show up like the in-house growth team you would hire if hiring were easy.
03
You own everything.
Code, domains, content, brand assets, analytics — all yours from day one. Nothing we build is locked to us, and nothing about working together depends on you being unable to leave.
Thank you.
